Needs a Handle

Although this Dishwasher works just fine, it does need a handle, or that the least, a natural locking mechanism instead of merely pulling harder than normal to open. It makes you think you will break the door just before it opens.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Super Quiet

This dishwasher replaced a 15-year old machine that was on its last leg. The Samsung is extremely quiet (hard to tell it's on) and does an excellent job. We are delighted with it.
Pros: Inexpensive

Nice upgrade

This unit replaced a standard plastic lined dishwasher that was showing its age after 4 years of light use. I installed the unit and the installation was easy and the instructions were easy to follow.
The unit runs quietly and the Auto cycle was just under 2 hours to completion.
I like that the heating element is hidden. On our old unit, it was exposed and melted an item that fell onto it.
We are hoping the stainless tub will give us years of service and that the unit will run and look as good in 5 years as it does today.
Pros: hidden heat element, height adjustable upper tray

I'm Very Satisfied with my Samsung Front Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Interior (Stainless Steel) DW80J3020U. It looks Great! This model had No protruding handle, sleek front with controls that are not complicated, like some other models I looked at, and was easy to install.
Cons: no indicator for clean or dirty status
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and performance. The plastic recessed grab handle is a great feature, no bulging handle sticking out, with plastic no finger prints because of wet hands. Silverware holder needs wider slots if you have wide handle silverware as I do, to keep it separated. Definitely keep tall dishes free of the soap dispenser. It will block the door from opening, not a major issue. I would defiantly recommend this dishwasher.

Beautiful dishwasher, a great upgrade from our previous model. Stainless in and out. The washer is quiet and works well with the dual cleaning sprayers inside. Great investment.
