Dishes are not clean or dry

I actually bought this, returned it and re-installed it. Only because it fit the cabinet area. Otherwise I can say I do not like anything about this dishwasher except it looks nice. It is louder than the other 50 Dcb, it does not clean the dishes as well or dry them well even with rinse aid and sanitize function on. I am sure it will be replaced within a few years. I am disappointed because I have many Samsung products and they have been excellent. This one is not.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, dishes are not clean, dishes are not dry, louder than should be, small capacity, cheap silverware holders
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed in my dishwasher. The dishes don't always come clean. The soap door doesn't always open or does too late since I find the gel on the door when the dishwasher is done. Also you must have rinse aid or else you get a low rinse cycle.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
