Quality Appliance, Clean Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some getting used to having to place dishes in certain places, but once we got past that, it's great. The dishes come out clean every time, and they dry completely. My biggest complaint is that a cycle takes a few hours to complete, but it does a nice job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great looking dishwasher with basic functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for about a month and half and it was very geart. The only one thing we wish that this model had is a way to shut off “dry” feature after wash.

I bought this product from a big retailer Android from the get-go there were issues. The initial one that was sent to me was damaged and I had to wait a while to get the new one in. My new one was shipped from Samsung. This Samsung never worked well. I used it maybe 5 to 10 times and it already is broken. When it was working, it never really dry the dishes and left plenty of streaks. Hence the reason I barely used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung dishwasher does not dry dishes Most Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that the water gets really hot and turns into steam, and then when things cool down again and the water droplets form, the form on the cooling stainless steel walls of the dishwasher instead of on your still-hot dishes (although this doesn't work as well with plastic dishes or containers, which cool quickly). Any remaining droplets on the dishes evaporate away, which is easier when the door is left cracked. Let us show you how to maximize your dishwasher's drying performance.

Rusting already????

I bought this dishwasher and had it installed in July 2018. I am noticing that there are rust etchings along the front of it. I thought it was food at first, however a closer look during cleaning determined that it was rust... on stainless? or is this NOT stainless on the front. Very disappointed because the dishwasher is actually great.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! The first unit they brought did not work, they had to order another "took 2 more weeks". We hated it from day one! Does not clean, Does not dry. Had to replace after less than a year. I BEG YOU DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!
