Installation problem

The "Upper-cabinet template" that is supplied with this microwave is incorrect. Hole "D" on the template is 3 1/8 inches from the edge of the drawing. This hole should be located 3 5/8 inches from the edge of the drawing just like hole "E". This caused many problems and unnecessary hole drilling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Satisfied with it's performance. Would like it better if it was a below the counter unit.

Has been in use for two months. No quality issues like GE refrigerator of GE dishwasher. Does its job. Noise is muffled well.
