We purchased the washer and dryer for a vacation rental...it is easy to use, looks nice and does a good job getting clothes clean! Lives up to the Samsung name!

About new dryer

Old dryer was making horrible noises from bearings. The new bearings from old dryer were half the price of the new dryer without a repair man. Was worth the money to buy a new dryer instead of repairing the old one.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, nice ending sound, simple button functions
Cons: no inside light

Our dryer of 12 years stopped suddenly and after an extensive search, we chose the Samsung DV3000 model. With a 7.2 cu. ft. capacity we felt the size was plenty big. It is quiet and drys everything the first time. The only time we have had to add more time was when the comforters were not quite dry enough. Great machine, great price.

I am very pleased with the size of the dryers load intake. How the system works by the selections on the pannel and the quietness of operation. My clothes come out dry the first time.
