Now I've got a dryer

My last dryer went through a flood & therefore took ages to dry even a small load. This Samsung not only dries quickly, but the items being dried come soft & feel as good a new. I truly would recommend this dryer to anyone. It is my first equipment from your company & can honestly say that it does what it promises. I hope to have it for many years to come.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

The product has good features, however it failed to dry my clothes on first attempt, no heat

Right now I cannot say I'm happy with my selection because the first load of clothes I tried to dry, using different cycles and options, no luck. Have tried 4 different times and there is no heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this dryer 2 weeks ago and have used it 4 times. We are impressed with it's performance.
Using the sensor dry settings, the clothes are dried perfectly without overdrying wasting energy.
Also like the 4 heat settings.

Looks nice but the rounded top that slopes down makes it hard to set things on top of the dryer. The child lock is essentially useless since the controls are out of reach of most children anyway and it does not lock the door which is what you want locked for a child. Also no way to turn off the annoying chime.
