I love it. I'm definitely a Samsung product fan. I love how quiet the dryer is when it is running. Not too big and not too small. I also like how it plays music in order to let you know that's it's done drying. The only thing I can say I don't like is how the dryer will constantly beep, if you open the door and leave it open midway during the cycle. It's good because obviously that's for safety and a reminder to close the door, but it can become annoying. Other than that it's a great product!
Pros: Realistic color, Durable
Cons: constant beeping sound when the door is open
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this dryer now for about a month, not impressed with the lack of hot heat. My husbands work clothes which consists of blue jeans and tee shirts, take up to 1 hour to dry, not very energy wise..
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Clb2016,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for your recent experience with our Electric Dryer, as it takes too long to dry and isn't hot enough. I know how frustrating it can be when the equipment isn't performing well.
Please ensure the Dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please click the link below.

Excellent dryer. Filter is easy to remove and clean. Sensor dry is very accurate, it does not leave clothes damp at all. Many settings for your preferred heat or even timed dry. Overall perfect value.
