This dryer gets the job done in quick time!

I like that I am able to dry clothes in general settings or use the timed settings. I can also choose the heat setting. The filter is easy to clean as it is very accessible, and it's not flimsy. The dryer seems well built along with having a modern control panel. The panel emits chime type sounds when adjusting the settings and at the end of the drying cycle.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable
Cons: louder chime needed at end of cycle
I would recommend this to a friend!

NOT a happy person with this dryer

I've had this dryer since 2/14/17 and have had issues with the drying of my clothe. This dryer does NOT heat and dry the cloths. I have to hang the cloths on a line in the basement to finish drying. I can NOT dry more than one towel at a time which causes me to dry colths pretty much all day. It how ever will dry the underwear ok . I'm at my wits end as what to do with this I use my dryer almost daily??????????
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to us.Our sincere apologies that you had to deal with this issue, as your Electric Dryer doesn't heat and dry your clothes. I understand how inconvenient it is that you're unable to dry your clothes properly. Please know that we appreciate all feedback that helps us understand how to improve our products.
Please ensure the Dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

Heating Element

Bought the matching washer and dryer. One year later the washer was recalled I and then the dryer stopped working. Had dryer for just over a year and it completely stopped heating. Have always been a fan of Samsung products, but very dissatisfied with this product. After spending some time and reading reviews of the product seems that many other people have had the same issue. Would think that Samsung would work with their loyal customers to keep them loyal to products.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, stopped heating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine has sensory dry, which is amazing. It drys fast, leaving your clothes extremely soft. VERY satisfied with this unit.

I love my Samsung dryer! It drys clothes so much faster than my last dryer. The lint trap is easy to remove/replace and to clean. The little jingle it plays at the end of the cycle is fun. Its quite and just a good looking piece of equipment.

Looks really nice, easy to use, overall it's small and lightweight so it's easy to move if you have to. The inside though is really big so you can fit more laundry to dry. We also got the Samsung WA3000 washer that goes with it. We're super satisfied with them.
