I was hesitant but I have heard nothing but great reviews. We took the chance, and We love it. Holds a lot, dries fast and efficiently, quiet. I would recommend these.

I cannot believe how quickly this dries your clothes, and very quietly
Just had this Dryer for 1 year and had 2 things go wrong, The dryer drum has cracked and you can not get a replacement for it. Stay away from this dryer.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One (1) Year All Parts and Labor
Should you need assistance, you may reach us via the following for immediate support:
4 months out of warranty and its dead. Heating element burned out and took the control panel with put a new element in it with new thermal fuses a new hi limit and a new thermactor and still no heat. Matching washer we bought doesnt autofill correctly either. Buyer beware.

I would never buy a Samsung appliance, especially this dryer. Clothes are never dry no matter the setting you choose. Event he very dry setting, clothes are still damp

Never buying Samsung

I’ve had this dryer for a little less than two years, paid a lot of money for it, and today am having $200 worth of repairs done to it because it just quit working. For the price, it shouldn’t be giving me trouble this early on. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance. The washer I bought with the dryer had already been recalled. The new washer doesn’t clean my clothes well. Just over all a very disappointing experience.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
