the dryer was professionally installed. on the first use the dryer wasnt getting hot on the highest setting for both auto and manual setting.

Why on earth is there no light inside??

dries kind of slow, there is no light inside. at least if you are going to leave out the light, make the drum white so maybe you can see something in there. it's very dark inside. dumbest thing ever.

Great dryer! But only when it works

won't heat up (3rd time). defective design. not getting another samsung. good phone, but as hot as it gets, the phone will not dry my clothes. so here i sit. me and my quarters. good times.

Dryer Broken

after purchasing a brand new samsung washer and dryer set, 3 months in both have malfunctioned. the washer had screen issues and wouldn't run on all modes. the dryer now will completely not turn on. a repair person couldn't come out until one week later. i do not recommend.

Don’t waste your money

steer clear of this product. i have had this dryer for about 4 years. in that time frame i have replaced 2 idler pulleys, 2 sets of drum rollers, and now for the second time in a year i am replacing the heating element. i refuse to use their repair services because i have found all the parts for half the price they would have charged. i highly recommend you look else where for appliances. when i bought this house it came with all samsung appliances. each of these appliances has had some type of issue that i’ve had to fix. the dryer is by far the worst one. i will never purchase a samsung appliance again!
