Worst dryer ever!

I will never own another Samsung moisture sensor. I will never tell a friend to buy it either..we’ve had this dryer almost 2 years and every 3-6 months it stops getting hot. The same part goes bad every time ..this is the worst dryer I have every owned!!!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

Worst Dryer Yet! not dependable

Well if you are after looks this is a good looking unit However if you are looking for dependability this is not it! Less than 3 years and it is finished... Had several service calls with in the first year to repair issues with the belts and drum unit. Never was right after service and makes lots of noise. Yesterday the unit just stopped heating up and checked several things to see if we could get it working. Appears to be sensor or heat coil and not calling for expensive service. Unit only has one year warranty and you will need extended with many Samsung appliances (Our higher end Samsung Fridge also having problems). I have had many other brands that worked for years with no problems. Like I said they look nice but when I need it to work and last you will be shelling out money for repairs. Not happy as needing to now buy a new unit and family left with wet clothes to hang around the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ve had this dryer less than 3 years. It went out around 6 months ago and we had to replace a fuse. It went out again recently and it’s the same fuse that needs replacing. I will never buy another Samsung product again. I’ll go back to Whirlpool.

New dryer not turning on

I just purchased this dryer a week ago and the first dryer delivered would not power on even after checking the breaker, power from multiple locations with a multimeter, and the previous dryer that I own which worked as soon as it was reconnected. I just received my replacement and the same problem of no power is happening.

Worst dryer ever owned

I bought this dryer and it has messed up 2 times already in less than a year. I didn't purchase any extra warranty but I'm thinking i should have. The motor was out last time and its doing the same thing 5 months later. I wish i could just get another one instead of trying to fix this piece of junk
