Does not dry my clothes

I always have to restart and dry longer. It says the clothes are dry but they are not and it rolls up bed spreads so they are still wet inside the roll I would not buy this dryer again
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

only had for about a year

Loved it. Have always loved Samsung products until we brought these washer and dryer. Had it about a year now and about a week ago now and the heater just stopped working. Never had a dryer die so fast. Ive never brought a brand new one and now I feel like I never will again or I will go with a company that backs their products for more then a year.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent dryer for the price - EXCEPT FOR THE SONG YOU CANNOT TURN OFF!!!!!!!!

This is a fair dryer for the price. The moisture sensor is a little on the touchy side and usually results in a few damp pieces unless using the extra or very dry setting. I like the no wrinkle feature and again, it's a good dryer for the price.
HOWEVER --- Had I know that there was a long chime when you turn it on, a series of loud beeps when you make your selections, and then a VERY LONG, LOUD song when your cycle is done, I never would have purchased this dryer. And better yet - YOU CANNOT TURN IT OFF!!!!!! If you are within earshot of the laundry room, no more throwing in a load at bedtime or doing a quick load in the morning while the kids are asleep. It just seems silly to think that the feature cannot be turned off. It can be on several other models - WHICH I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED HAD I KNOWN WHAT I KNOW NOW!!!!!!
Pros: capacity
Cons: freaking song, freaking chime
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In my opinion this dryer looks nice preforms excellent and carries out all the loads we put in it. She runs well and isn't to loud. Try it out.
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight

Off balance during the spin cycle

I do not recommend purchasing this washer. Although it washes clothes very well, it becomes off balance during the spin cycle. The washer is level but what happens because there is no center agitator, the clothes can very easily migrate to one side of the washer causing the washer to bang. The only corrective action you can take is to pause the cycle and re-position the clothes in the washer evenly around the drum.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

big mistake

I bought the washer and dryers that and I have had to have a service technician come to my home twice within the first 3 months to work on both of the appliances. It takes over two weeks for the service technician to come to your home. this washing machine worked well for the first few weeks and then I would have to wash my clothes a second time because they seemed not to be clean. After about a month, my washing machine stopped draining and would not go to the spin cycle. it would not even complete the self clean process. I feel like I would have gotten a better deal on a less expensive brand like my previous washer and dryer set. Save your time and money.
