Love the Steam feature!

I really do love the fact that I can dry a large amount of clothes. I have used the steam feature on my sheets and they turned out great! Finally, the color is the bomb.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

The dryer is performing perfectly. Easy to operate.
Only suggestion would be to update the manual to reflect this dryer. When changing the door from left to right, the manual says remove "14 screws" There are only 10. Customer service stated that should be done.
All else is very good.

The dryer runs quiet, is efficient. A lot of choices for cycles. Like that it plays music when it's finished drying. The platinum color is a good choice, no more boring white

WE PURCHASED THIS UNIT TO GO ALONG WITH OUR NEW WASHER. OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS DRYER. I DIDN'T DO A LOT OF RESEARCH ON THE DRYER ITSELF, I HAD FOCUSED MORE ON THE WASHER. THE DRYER WORKS EXTREMELY WELL, HAS GREAT FEATURES AND IS REALLY QUIET DURING OPERATION.

Electric Dryer that was built the right way

This is my second Samsung dryer and I have been very pleased with both. My first was a gas dryer and after moving into a new home we had to purchase an electric dryer. This dryer has a great new design, large opening and easy to figure options. The dryer works as it is expected but is surprisingly quieter than my previous model. The additional features of times is a huge plus. It's the best dryer I have ever owned.

dryer is ok but....

i was used to a door that swung down, but now with the left or right open, dry clothes can fall on the floor and require rewashing. also the selections are confusing. i have to fiddle around to figure out what to do just get the clothes dry.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
