The freezer draw is now an option to add and have to purchase separately. Used to be standard!

Very loud "hum" from unit all day!!

Need to get service on product 4 days in my home. This fan/motor runs constantly and loud! It's annoying. Hoping Samsung can correct it

Looks great in my kitchen

This Samsung completes my kitchen. It looks great and is quiet compared to my old fridge. The ample amount of storage is a positive as well. I am still getting used to the french door since I had a side by side before.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: more expensive than the 36" version of this

Kitchen space required this style product to be able to open the right side door. This unit fits the bill and works excellent. Bottom freezer is a nice pull out feature.
Pros: size (width), french doors

I had a difficult time finding the refrigerator with the width I needed. I needed a non standard smaller than 35inches. I was not happy at the possibility of getting a less than brand, less features, narrower width with less cubic feet for twice the price. Luckily I ran into a Samsung Rep who told me about this refrigerator. They are not typically on the show room floor because the width of 33 inches is purchased less. Yes it was twice the price of the one I bought days before that did not fit in my kitchen and it was narrower in width but I did not have to sacrifice storage space. In fact I got MORE cubic feet and more features. I didn't mind paying more money for something better.
Pros: Bright display, narrower width with plenty of storage space, ice dispenser is much better than older models, digital display for internal temp

This refrigerator has great features

We replaced our old standard refrigerator with this one and it has been fantastic. We really like the french door feature as it provides a lot more space. It is well designed and the ice/water feature has been so convenient. Overall we have been very happy with this.

Full features with a smaller width fridge

We just got this fridge installed today. Out of all the fridges we looked at, this one had the most features in a larger size capacity with a smaller width. This fridge is amazing. It is running quiet and cools down quickly. The water filter is easy to switch and does not take up fridge space to have. We are very pleased.
