i love the settings

I like the fact you can have different settings for the refrigerator and the cool select pantry drawer and the fruit and veggie crisper drawers.i like the wider room i have than the side by side i can actually see what i have where before i would have food that expired cause i could not see that i had them.i do also like the lighting inside is much better than my past appliances.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

Every thing you need in a 33" refrigerator. This is my second Samsung refrigerator and for good reason. Style , Size , Quality , Quiet . RF26J7500SR if your looking get one.

Poor Quality, Poor Design

We got this refrigerator about 2 years ago. After two years, it has lost its cooling power. At best it is cooling to 15 degrees Celsius. This is surprising and unacceptable. Look online for Samsung refrigerator losing cooling power or ice buildup, fan noise for Samsung refrigerators.

Horrible Product

this fridge has had to be worked on 4 times in the 2 years we have had it. both ice makers have gone out multiple times. the back panel has frozen up as well like others have pointed out.

Terrible ice maker

the problems with the ice maker started just after barely 3 years of using the refrigerator, a technician came in 4 times already, we spent hundreds of dollars in repairs and the ice maker keeps building up ice and stops working. youtube is full of videos of people showing the problem. i would seriously doubt we will buy a samsung refrigerator again.

Huge Disappointment for a Loyal Samsung Customer

i've been a loyal samsung customer for years, i've had a galaxy phone since they first came out, i have a samsung tv so of course when my old fridge went out in october of 2016 i purchased this refrigerator and loved it for the first year. in october of 2017 as soon as my warranty expired, the ice maker started freezing over and stopped making ice. i have had it serviced, the repairman said that i had made a huge mistake with purchasing this fridge. he said that they were known for icemaker problems. he was able to thaw the froze over icemaker and it worked for awhile. then stopped completely. ive used a portable ice maker and dumped it into the bucket so i could continue to have ice from the door. now it has froze completely and the ice bucket will not come out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have never had a 33" model with so many features. It is so bright and good looking. Only my husband is better looking. The ice maker is very compact allowing more space for other items. The freezer is awesome size!
