This Frig is great for three the first three - six months. Then it is garbage. You will have to melt the ridiculous ice build up on the internal cooling parts every three months like clock work! I paid out of my own pocket for a Samsung Tech to come to my house and deal with it the first time - and this dude knew right away what was wrong and basically said it is a problem that will keep happening. It did keep happening! Do not waste your money or time on this design flaw!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect new look for our small kitchen

We were very happy to have found this model. It is a 33" and most modern model are bigger but our small kitchen did not have enough space for them. This model is smaller but has all the space we need and the modern beautiful look.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, stylish
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this refrigerator 2 1/2 years ago because I really wanted the matching stove... Bad idea!
The design of the ice maker and left door leaves door shelves that are oddly shaped so very few items are small enough to actually fit in them.
To make it worse both of the 'L' shaped door shelves have cracked. Since we've had almost nothing in these shelves, and the cracks are across the narrow portion of the shelves, I have to assume that they were badly designed.
Neither my husband nor I are rough on our belongings, so if you're buying this refrigerator for a large family, or have teenagers who dont know their own strength, keep shopping!!

Like this product except for the issue with ice dispenser

The ice dispenser pours a little water before ice comes out, & I don't like the fingerprints that show on the doors.

This refrigerator beats all with twin cooling system

If you are a family person we know that someone always forgets to close the door well it has an alarm sounds like little bells to let you know that the door is still open. With twin motor it cools faster and you spend lest on the Electric bill, we never hear it running it's the best since slice bread

Have to physically turn off, because it doesn't know when it's full and will flood the bottom of fridge.

Please know that this is not the experience we want you to have. Regarding your concern, a correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps the doors to close by themselves and helps with draining. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening.

Also, if you mean the ice maker, it can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it can only hold 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can approximately make two trays of ice every 3 hours.

This Samsung French Door Refrigerator is Great!

This Samsung French Door has all of the best features for a reasonable price. Capacity: 25.5 Cubic Feet. Automatic Defrost, Bottom-Mounted Freezer, Through-the-Door- Ice and Water. Twin Cooling Plus, Humidirty Controled Crispers, Water Filter, and Wide Open Cool Select Pantry with 3 Temperature Settings (Deli, Fresh, and Chilled).
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
