Greatly over rated and poor quality materials.

Three years old and I year out of warranty
Ice maker is a total disaster. Freezes up and does not perform consistently since original purchase
Rubber gaskets under both doors of refrigerator are split
Rust surrounding area where water and ice are dispensed !!!

The cheapest refrigerator on the market would hold up better after 3 years than a Samsung

I’ll take a whirlpool or sub zero any day of the week

Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

When condensation, moisture, or mold forms between the refrigerator doors or on top of the freezer door, this is caused by high humidity, energy saving by the refrigerator, or incorrect usage.

Bought this in may 2015.I loved the design of this refrigerator,it doesn't occupy much space plus select cooling is an amazing idea no other company has that feature.So far performance is great.I highly recommend this over traditional french three door refrigerators.

I love this refrigerator! I have gotten so many compliments about the sleek styling. My favorite feature is the flex zone door that can be a fridge or freezer. It is a bit smaller than our old unit but the perfect fit and stylish look is worth it. Previous reviews noted something about it being a noisy unit but we haven't had that problem at all.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, fingerprint proof finish

Beautiful Black Stainless Steal Beast

I seriously am in LOVE! This color of black stainless steal is the bomb! It is soooo easy to wipe finger prints off with a damp cloth or a little glass cleaner, unlike regular stainless appiances. I love having the option of having 3/4 refrigerator with 1/4 freezer or having 1/2 refridge with 1/2 freezer; the bottom right quadrant is the flex fridge/freezer. The LCD panel allows you to change the temperature in both parts easily and monitor how cold it is just by touching the panel and reading the temps.
Pros: Bright display, beautiful, easy to wipe finger prints off, quiet, easy to change temperatures in the fridge/freezer, i can go on and on, plenty of room inside fridge, many different organizers for food separation

I really liked this fridge, because it has great features and 4 door convenience. Also one compartment has a convertable feature fro/to freezer to normal. I like the simple operation methods, no complication in changing the temps.

Freezer Refrigerator option

This refrigerator was a dream come true for us. We're forced to have a counter depth refrigerator because it's placed adjacent to a doorway. Since counter depth refrigerators don't hold much fresh food the option of using the third door as a refrigerator created another 4 foot of cubic space for fresh food. Since we don't use much frozen food it's a win-win for us. We never had a counter depth refrigerator that we could organize as well as this one.
Pros: plenty of room for fresh food

This is what I always wanted and needed

The Samsung flex zone refrigerator is the best thing that ever happened. It gives our family the option for more fridge space or freezer space as needed. The Cool Select give the option for using the 3rd space as a chiller with 4 different temperature settings. Our ice maker works fine and keeps up with our needs family of 3. The space if adequate for our needs and so far everything works fine from 4 hours after delivery. The refer is quiet (don't hear the gurgling that others have warned about.
Pros: black stainless steel is rich
