I haven't had it long enough to give a detailed review. I purchased the counter-depth that works perfectly with my kitchen counters. I'm still waiting for the doors to be lined up. I am going to have someone from Samsung come out, again, to try and match the two top doors. I haven't used the ice maker yet. I'll give my opinion on that, later. I agree with another review that said one didn't know which tape to remove. I'm afraid to remove some of it that I have found. I also like the idiot sounds to let me know that that a door has been left open.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: no room in freezer for pizza storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice forming on the ice maker and water coming from the ice dispenser

Have had this refrigerator for over a year and just recently had problem with ice forming on the bottom of the ice maker and when getting ice cubes water started coming out with the ice cubes. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the refrigerator.
Pros: very satisfied
Cons: problem with ice maker, and water coming when dispensing ice cubes

Yep... A year and it is being replaced. The top fridge stopped working and has to be completely replaced. Samsung is sending us a check but not without a rediculous amount of work on our part.
We loved the idea of this fridge but it is junk.

Excellent design ! I like the Cool Select Plus to use as freezer or refrigerator.
More space than other counter-depth refrigerator.

Just received today, but the fridge looks great. Can't wait to use it, the flex door at the bottom is great for kids to be able to easily access snacks.

Fantastic refrigerator!

I'm writing this review after owning this unit for over 15 months. We cook a lot and are heavy users of the refrigerator giving the unit a workout.
We're very happy with all aspects of this refrigerator. Love the 4 door design. There are other horizontal 4 door design refrigerators but in our view the vertical orientation of this unit is ideal.
We're rating the Design 4 stars because of a minor nit. The control panel on the top-left door could be improved. The black lettering on the display is very hard to read with the stainless steel background. I wish it had see through lighting like the other parts of the display making it easy to read.
Pros: Realistic color, Inexpensive
