This is a really cool design! I love that we can store all the foods for the kids' lunches in the flex zone. Perfect size freezer for people who have an additional deep freezer at home. The ice maker is a little slow and a bit small, so we keep an extra stash below in the freezer. The water component sells emits a quiet, yet constant, gurgling noise. I had read about it in prior reviews- I really don't mind it at all, but it is definitely present.
Pros: convenient
Cons: expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the new fridge

We really love the appearance, features, and function of our new refrigerator. We bought it to replace a built-in refrigerator only. Not only was it much less expensive but it has many more features. The fourth compartment can be set to be a freezer, refrigerator, or the way we use it as a chiller with a temperature of 31 degrees. We put drinks in this compartment and it keeps them really cold and at a height where the kids can reach them. The quick freeze and quick cool features are also really nice.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, multiple settings, freezer and fridge temperatures readily apparent, counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today, it's a wine cooler. Before thanksgiving, it's a fridge to store ingredients. After Thanksgiving, it's a freezer for leftovers. My wife & I bought this solely for the versatility & control FlexZone offers. And as for the 4-door design, our 4 year old loves that the lower drawers give him access to the fridge; it makes him feel like a little grownup.

For very expensive frig I am absolutely disappointed with it and Samsung. Won't buy samsung anything again. They do not stand behind their design flaws

Great design, look and utility - HORRID Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned for 3 yrs now an love this unit - but the ice maker ruins it. Worse of all, Samsung knows about the issue (it's all over the Internet, which of course I discovered after the purchase), but refuses to resolve the issue.

Doors are rusting after only one year.

i loved the refrigerator that i have had for only one year until i just noticed that all four doors are beginning to rust! it's supposed to be stainless steel but that shouldn't rust. something isn't right! i am contacting support to see what they say.

Freezer stopped working after 2 years

i've had this model since october 2018 and a few days back, the freezer stopped working all of a sudden. not sure what's going on but it's very disappointing.
i expect such appliances to work for atleast 10 years before any breakdown. disappointed with samsung quality and engineering.
