We love the design of this refrigerator. It not only looks beautiful in our new kitchen, the layout allows for maximum efficiency. We love the French door freezer with the option of using the right side as a freezer or refrigerator depending on our current needs. It is also very quiet. Excellent!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was looking for a refrigerator that does not stick out farther than the kitchen cabinets. This refrigerator fits perfectly. It is quiet and meets our needs. I love the fact that I can use part of it as either freezer or refrigerator. The settings are easy to use. My friends are also impressed with the look and features. The price was steep though.
Pros: size, versatility
Cons: price

Haven't had the product very long, but so far we really like it. It has plenty of storage and we really love the fact that we can use the one compartment for either freezer, chill or refrigerate.

Our new fridge has extra room in the freezer than our old one where we always had to create ideas on how to fit stuff in using even the littlest of spaces.
Pros: more room
Cons: not enough cabinet space

SUPERB REFRIGERATOR
on January 12, 2016

Even though it's a counter depth unit, it holds plenty. Looks fabulous. I use the flex zone area as a freezer for everyday items i.e. ice cream, frozen breakfasts, etc. Having the lower freezer split in half makes for easy food storage management. The upper refrigeration area is well lit and organized. Most importantly, the entire machine is QUIET. The ice maker makes occasional sounds as ice makers naturally do but nothing to complain about. The stainless steel looks premium grade as does the entire unit. Best refrigerator I've ever purchased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful and Functional

I have had my 4 dr flex refrigerator for one week and overall I love the product. The black stainless finish is beautiful and distinctive. Pros: flexible refrigerator and freezer compartments, LED interior lighting, adjustable shelving, four door design, black stainless finish, very quiet motor, ice and water dispenser works very well, counter depth design means less far reaching into the storage areas. Cons: the door hinges do not operate "within the width of the refrigerator" meaning that the counter depth design is depreciated by doors that open beyond the width and hit countertop edges, walls, and baseboards in many or most kitchen situations. I am shocked that Samsung would make such a design flaw. My ten year old refrigerator had hinges that open "within the width, and take up no more space than the width of the refrigerator, and I assumed that a counter depth design would adopt the same technology....wrong! In my case, I was able to position the refrigerator so that only one corner of one door is in danger of hitting the baseboard, and I installed a soft bumper on the baseboard just in case the refrigerator door hits it. The delivery tech told me that this is an issue in most of the kitchens he delivers these refrigerators to and he recommends the owners buy various edge protectors and bumpers.
Pros: flexibility
Cons: door hinges open too wide for counter depth design
