The best looking refrigerator on the market, now in a counter depth and in black stainless. It doesn't get any better than this. It's more like a piece of art than an appliance, but now I have the best of both worlds. Extremely pleased.

Have some issues with Design

I love the style, features, controls and overall look of this unit. I'm disappointed, however, in the functionality of the door compartments on the left side, especially how they "wrap" around. You can only fit one stick of butter in that tiny space....... It's almost useless in my opinion. No butter keeper either. I also don't like how the very back of the fridge seems to "curve forward" and the glass top of the drawers leaves a ridge back there. On the top glass shelf , it doesn't go all the way to the back of the fridge so things "fall down in between" to the second level.
My other complaint is the rear slope of the vegetable keepers. They're deep, but so much room is wasted by that slope.
This is the first time I had a counter depth fridge and I guess I'm used to the standard ones. I should have tried to get the 24 or larger one to fit into my space when I re-decorated.
Overall, I'm happy with the performance and I REALLY LOVE the baskets in freezer sections. So much nicer than wire baskets or a couple of deep wells to dig through

I like the sliding shelf that allows for higher items to be stored if needed. I use the lower convertible space for a refrigerator and keep items not used frequently such as certain condiments and sauces there.
On opening the top refrigerator doors a full view is available that is well lit for finding an item.
The black stainless steel finish is very resistant to smears and fingerprints which if do occur wipe very easily off.

We did a great deal of research before deciding on the 4 door flex after our 22 year old subzero stopped working. We looked at a variety of brands and models and concluded the features and flexibility this model offers works best for our family. We like the flexibility of the 4 door set up and being able to chose between a 3 fridge set up and 1 freezer or 2 and 2. We also like having 4 doors vs an pull out freezer drawer where things tend to get lost. We had a 12 inch space above our fridge due to the height of our subzero so we kept the grill and took off the label.
