We needed a counter depth refrigerator but were concerned about loosing 3 cubic feet of space from our old side by side. The ability to switch the lower right compartment was our solution.. The temperature control is excellent. It is eerily quiet and the ice maker is far better than other manufacturers in door style. A really great product...

Bought this 2/20/2016 so far so good. The shelves hold a lot of food. It reached the temperature I set very quickly. Machine runs very quietly and it definitely stands out in the room looks really nice. Ice machine produces very quickly and so far I have yet to run out of ice on normal use for four people. The LED lights inside are really bright and don't get hot so that is a plus as well. Hoping for many many years of great operation.
Pros: Bright display, stylish, ease of using controls

This is a 2 week review
Pros:
1) lots of space for a counter depth, replaced fridge of similar footprint (this one is 2 inches taller) and have considerably more room
2) very good looking
3) have not used flex fridge but looking forward to it

1) Ice maker seems to be slow
2) noisy, flowing liquid sounds (not unbearable but annoying for some)
3) door storage is tight - can't fit gallon milk jugs in door, have to put in main shelves and not a lot of flexibility in adjustment- if you make it big enough to comfortably slide milk in, you will really reduce the other shelf size

I love the fact that the bottom right section can either me a freezer or a refrigerator. Very stylish design. The pocket doors are great!
