I love the flex door !!

Since we do not eat a lot of frozen food, freezer space in our old fridge used to be of no use to us and we would be short of space in the refrigerator. The flex door technology gives us the option to reduce the freezer space and increase it when needed. We love the concept and have no issue so far.
Pros: Inexpensive

Bad bad ice maker

Love the frig but:
1. The ice maker is way too small.
2. Ice maker failed after 3 and half months.
Now I'll see how good Samsung's warranty is. I'll review again in another 3 months.

We got our fridge a couple of months ago and are very pleased with the purchase overall. It's very functional, works great and looks beautiful in our kitchen. I did a lot of research before buying this brand and model and it lived up to everything that everyone was raving about in the reviews. We even experienced the funny sound coming out of it. I was a little worried about it after reading the reviews but it was good that I read them because when I heard a gurgling sound, I knew what it was. Let me assure you, it's fairly faint. You can hear it within 3-4 feet away if all else is quiet, but it's not unpleasant, just a little unusual (reminds me of desktop water fountains that were popular in the 90s). Anyway, great product, highly recommend it!
Pros: looks awesome!

So many wonderful options, sleek and beautiful! Keeps everything at the right temperature. The only thing that is aggravating are the fingerprints that are left behind! Other then that this appliance is exceptional!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new 4-door flex counter depth refrigerator. We love everything about the product from the black stainless steel color to its complete operation. This is the second Samsung refrigerator that we have purchased and the quality is superb.

My wife and I were drawn to this refrigerator due to the fact that it has no handles. We liked the fact that it was different than all the other popular French door models that have pull out drawers. We didn't really like the pull out drawers. The fact that you can change the temperature of the lower right compartment to suit your needs was also a plus. It has a sleek design and just looks cool!
Cons: touch sensitive buttons are temperamental

My wife researched refrigerators and the Samsung had a high rating. When we saw it at the store, we thought it had everything we needed. My wife especially liked the counter depth and flexibility to use one of the freezer compartments as a refrigerator on demand.
