Overall, it is what I was looking for and then some. I have a deep freezer and didn't want to buy a fridge with too much freezer space. This was the perfect choice since I can adjust it and use the other side of the freezer for more fresh food.
I love the design which coordinates well with the rest of my contemporary kitchen and how easy it is to use at the push of a button.
The only thing that bothers me is the noise it makes after the use of the ice maker and having
to wipe it every time the grandchildren leave their fingerprints on it.

Pros: Bright display, sleek contemporary design, easy to use, fits a lot of fresh food

This product has a flexible door

Initially I was confused with the product name "four door flex." This product has four doors. Only one door is flexible - can be convert as a fridge or as a freezer. The door handle may look sleek yet in my opinion, it's a challenge to maintain the door clean or from finger prints; especially during my cooking or baking, my fingers have flour or sauce stain from the cooking/ baking tools.
Pros: value as its price
Cons: hard to keep it clean

I have wanted this fridge since it came out. I did however want the bigger size but went with the counter depth. I am happy with it, it looks great and my kitchen really looks bigger, more functional due to counter depth. So far the performance has been great, set the temp to recommendations, found that needed to set temp lower in fridge so milk would not go bad, no big problem there. The ice maker gurgles, read reviews and they say that is normal. The finger prints drive me crazy but clean up easy. I love the flex zone, I use that for my drinks and veggies, working well so far.

I like this product because of the flex zone. It's convenient to change the temperature as needed. I wish it had a separate drawer in the refrigerator for deli foods, however.
Pros: Durable
Cons: need additional deli drawers

There are not many counterdepth refrigerators. This one fits my space, looks great, and you can fit a lot into the freezer. I have not had to use the flex zone as a freezer but it's a great option to have for parties or big families.

We just took delivery of our Samsung refrigerator and so far so good. It was easy to set up and started cooling immediately. Down to 45 degrees in 90 minutes. We are excited to use the dual compartment freezer.

I like the innovative features, lighting is good, front display is easy to use. The Stainless Steel front smudges a little too easy.
