So far this product is excellent! Love the flex zone! Very spacious as well.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

We've had it for about a year now and I love it. So much room and flexibility. I used to have a side by side and couldn't fit a tray in it or a sheet cake. My Samsung has so much room. The two things I wish is that it was fingerprint proof and the ice came out cleaner. The cubed ice will come out broken up and sometimes leave water stains from the flakes of ice.

This refrigerator has a beautiful unique symmetrical design, the way it looks is much more attractive than the current (popular) french door designs. However, it may be better if more adjustment levels in the back sides of the doors are available, so that it can hold items with different height, and also give the users the flexibility to adjust the height to accommodate their needs. By doing so, it is more FLEX than just FlexZone as the name it's called . Samsung should consider this is a MUST for any counter depth refrigerator.

This new and different product has been a hit in our household. We love the design, the color, the features of being able to switch a compartment from freezer to frig. The style is sleek and so unique. The handles are hidden; thus a stream line feature that one will love because you cannot walk past it and hit your arms and hang your clothing. The thermometer or temp display on the panel is wonderful. I really like the ice/water dispenser in the way it is designed. The letters appear to be painted on the touch panel and that is the only suggestion that I would have regarding a possible improvement.

Quite A Different Fridge

Had this fridge 4 months. The soft freeze compartment is fantastic for keeping cold cuts and cheeses fresher much longer, lots of good sized drawers throughout, very good interior lighting throughout, main upper compartment is a bit on the shallow side but workable, love the temp display screen, easy to clean exterior finish, easy to organize foods, disappointed that "counter depth" isn't quite true-door is deep and curved outward which makes it extend past counter top too much for my liking but my kitchen is narrow, no color choice available besides stainless, a bit tiresome to wipe interior due to many brackets etc but this is a fact of all modern refrigerators. I prefer the wire rack type shelves of the past for their efficient use of space and ease of wiping and no glass to keep clean. All in all an innovative and pleasurable appliance.

The 4 flex door design is great! We needed a counter depth refrigerator and was concerned that we may not have enough refrigerator space but this product gives us the flexibility to expand that space as one of the compartment can convert into a refrigerator.
