Purchased this model a couple weeks ago. We have been really pleased with it so far. It is technically smaller than our last refrigerator, which was a side by side, but this offers much more space. We weren't sure how we would like the 4 door option but we LOVE it. So much easier than some other models with drawers for the freezer. Tons of storage for our family of 4 with plenty of room to spare. Very happy with our purchase.

VERY HAPPY WITH ITS SLEEK,MODERN AND AMAZING COLOR. THE FREEZER DOOR FLEX IS THE GREATEST INVENTION TO DATE. THE BLACK STAINLESS STEEL GOES WELL WITH ANY CABINET COLOR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR ITS FUNCTIONALITY AND ITS GREAT DESIGN.

We love this refrigerator. The top refrigerator shelves allow for flexibility in food storage. One shelf flips up so taller items (milk, juice) can be stored. Another shelf can be adjusted to fold back to allow for taller items in front. And the shelves can be adjusted up/down. With it being a side by side refrigerator, larger items can be stored on the shelves. There are two sizable humidity control drawers and plenty of storage on both doors. Although the ice maker takes up some room in the refrigerator, there is plenty of room for food storage. The bottom left side is the freezer with a pull out shelf and 2 roomy drawers and plenty of room on the door. The bottom right side is a mirror image of the left side. We use the bottom right "freezer" section as a refrigerator (by adjusting the temperature to a chill setting) to store beverages (cans and bottles). This section is awesome because we can adjust the temperature to make it a freezer if we have the need. The ice maker makes plenty of ice. The water and ice dispenser work well. The temperature of all parts of this refrigerator are easy to maintain on the outer panel. The lights inside are bright so you can see all items. The only downside is that the outside does not hide fingerprints and needs to be wiped down each day.

Over last 45 plus years, have purchased 4 side by side refrigerators.
Overall thus far this Samsung rates best in our household.
Although it was unboxed upon delivery with significant damage.
FlexZone thus far, set on soft freeze, is not keeping ice cream frozen.
Hopefully, after 48 hours of operation this issue will resolve.
If not, I'm sure Samsung Support will work to resolve the issue.

LOVE THE 4 DOORS

we bought this fridge because of its counter depth and the 4-doors
it is quite roomy and I love the width of the 2 freezer compartments which enable me to put in wider containers, much better than a side-by-side.
the only thing was that the water dispenser started leaking 4 months into owning it. However Samsun was quick in dispatching a service rep and they replaced the entire system in the doors.
And it looks great!!
Pros: sleek looking, good storage space
Cons: water dispenser started leaking

Just got my new fridge, plugged it in and boy, is it quiet! Cooling is progressing at least as well as suggested by the instruction manual. More to follow.
