Only had a week, but we are extremely happy with it so far, just as advertised. Beautiful and efficient. Will comment later after I've had for several months but so far we are extremely pleased.

This refrigerator is the top of the line in the sleek design. The color and finish are exquisite. I expected to lose space with the counter depth but I have not noticed a difference. The only feature that I would have liked is another shelf in the freezer. Be cautious of the height as it is a bit taller than advertised and we had to cut down our cabinet to create the space to fit.
Pros: beautiful design
Cons: taller than advertised

The touch pad controls are easy to use, the lights on the inside light up the whole freezer space and ice box area. The ice maker is real quiet and it can keep up with our 8 grand kids.

We have been looking at new appliances for quite sometime but could not bring ourselves to make the jump. We needed a counter depth refrigerator, those seem to never be on sale or if they are it is not the one with the features we want. Walking through an appliance store on New Years Eve we spotted our dream fridge. The Samsung 4 door Flex, she is the Cadillac of refrigerators to us. We have a large stand alone freezer down stairs so we have no need for a large freezer with our kitchen refrigerator. Not only was she on sale but she was the perfect color...black stainless steel. We bought her. We know some reviewers said she was noisy from the compressor but we took our chances. I am happy to say the small noise from the compressor is only noticeable because of other reviews mentioning it, otherwise we would of never noticed it. The fridge is perfect for us in every way. We feel so lucky to have been in the appliance store on New Years Eve 2016.
Pros: Bright display, all the features we were looking for
