Nice appliance so far

We purchased the flex refrigerator based on its size and design features. It fits nicely in our kitchen and because of its counter-depth design, we get back more floor space. We could push the appliance about two inches further back into its designated cutout in our cabinetry, except the doors need extra room to swing open. I saw this in several other reviews as well. The stainless steel surface is very easy to clean. Kids' pizza hand prints easily wipe off with a damp paper towel or cloth.

Works well and nice features

Have had this refrigerator for 5 months, and we are fairly pleased. The fridge keeps everything nice and cold, and we love the flexibility of Cool Select room. We actually use it as a refrigerator space since we have a basement fridge. It's easy to change temperature, and I like the alarm feature if the door is left open. There a couple of design flaws. First, the french doors do not close smoothly. They have to be shut fully by hand or slammed shut. Second the shelving on the upper left door is very narrow and not really good for storing much. Overall, the product works well with a couple of minor design flaws.

The room inside is surprisingly large compared to the outer size. The control panel is easy to understand and easy to use. The doors are great, not hard to pull open but easy to pull open.
Pros: roomy

Flexible uses for a family!

We LOVE this refrigerator! We went for this one for the French doors on top, but did not want the freezer drawer below (we had one in another home and we "lost" food that shifted to the bottom as we didn't like to dig through frozen items).
We have a second refrigerator in the garage with a top freezer for food we don't rotate every day, and due to this we use the bottom right as a refrigerator JUST FOR THE KIDS! It is amazing, I fill it at night with cups of milk with lids and healthy snacks; cheese, cut up fruit, yogurt, etc. and when my kids get hungry they help themselves. If we need to use it as a freezer it's just a little rearranging and a couple hours of chilling.
The only downside is there is no meat/cheese drawer in this design on the top half. I'm learning how to deal with that, but it is not a deal-breaker as I love the other features. Quiet, cooled in two hours upon delivery, water comes out quick and ice maker seems to keep up. We are very happy after the first month of use.
Pros: bottom can be refrigerator or freezer
Cons: no meat and cheese drawer

Love the new cool setting for the bottom right door

I love that we can change the settings to a cool setting for the bottom left door. We were actually not going to buy the refrigerator, but when we saw that we can change the setting to freezer or fridge we were amazed. We hope we can stay with this fridge for a very long time. Thank you Samsung

Love my new fridge

I love everything about this fridge. I have only had it 2 weeks but so far it's great. Bright light when you open it so you can see everything really well. So far have it set up with normal fridge and freezer. Being able to turn one of the freezer spaces to fridge will come in handy, especially around Thanksgiving when fridge space is at a premium. If there is a negative, it would be that it doesn't make a lot of ice, but we don't use a lot of ice so no problem.
One of the reasons I brought this fridge is I was limited on the depth. I could make adjustment for height and width but needed one that was less than 30" deep. This fit the bill perfectly, looks great in my kitchen.
