Not so happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is not freezing properly. One of the doors also had a dent in it which I'm waiting to have replaced. This will take at least 7-10 business days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice Maker Failures

I purchased this refrigerator and had 3 reoccurring problems with the ice maker. It was determined that the problem could not be fixed. I would not recommend this refrigerator.

the ice maker has never worked properly. there is a class action law suit on this. you cannot clean the drawers - really bad design

ice master has been broken since i bought it. i'll have to clear the jam every week. shortly after i got the fridge home, ice started forming in the bottom of the freezer. so i also have to clear thay every week. this same problem occurred with my previous samsung fridge so shame on me.

Beautiful but awful! We have had this refrigerator for 3 years and have had the ice maker replaced and the compressor changed. The ice maker worked for a few months then quit again, it’s been a year since it’s made ice, we had to just buy a counter top ice maker. The compressor is out again and will need replaced. While the compressor is under warranty, the diagnosis and extra parts needed to change the compressor are not. I’m sick of having to pay to fix Samsungs faulty product! It started with the freezer, then the flex compartment and now the entire fridge is out. We have lost so much food because of this refrigerator. I am beyond frustrated at this lemon of a purchase!
