Excellent 4 door feature making for easy access to product inside. The option to make the freezer into extended part of the fridge is also an excellent idea - never too much fridge space. The look and design makes our kitchen feel modern and up to date. Love the sleek looking handles! Easier to clean than our other stainless steel products. Make full use out of all the space - ice maker doesn't take up very much room. Great job samsung!

No obtrusive handles and counterdepth design of which I was conserned due to the design of kitchen. Love the flex option although currently using as a freezer. Sleek, modern & quiet. Plenty of space with bright led lights. Innovative triple cooling keeps odors from migrating into freezer compartment. Wish it had some protective rubber as the finish gets scratched when filling a glass. Also water spots in tray area. I think a rubber "coaster " here would be ideal But I love it regardless.
Pros: has a classic automobile look.
Cons: needs minor improvements to water/ice area

We were not sure looking at this Samsung refrigerator on the show room floor that the features described could be true. However, once were received and installed it, we were more than pleasantly surprised. It looks good, has easy access, and fits into the space in the kitchen perfectly. The added feature of the lower right compartment for four different temperatures works great and give us the flexibility we were looking for. We can't be happier. We thought we would loose space with a cabinet depth refrigerator, but that is not the case. Thank you Samsung for a great product.

Love the black stainless finish

We have been using this refrigerator for two months now. Works great! Love the clean look of the black stainless. What few fingerprints you get on the door, clean up quick with soft cloth and windex. I don't have a big need for a freezer so I enjoy being able to use the bottom "flex" door as a refrigerator. This refrigerator is countertop depth so it only sticks out past the counter the thickness of the door, about 4 inches.
Pros: countertop depth
Cons: makes a slight gurgling noise.
