Product is not reliable.

Purchased Jan 2016. April of 2017 Icemaker went out. 3 weeks later compressor for refrigerator went out. 10 day wait for replacement part. Now using an ice chest. Then this morning icemaker is going out again. Loved everything about this unit until now. Do I have.a Lemon? Time will tell.
At this point I can't recommend this refrigerator. Reliability seems to be a factor. But of course not til the warranty is up. My entire kitchen is Samsung and just purchased a curved TV- am slightly concerned about quality now--just retired and these appliances were supposed to last me.

Poor Water and Ice Making capabilities

I really disappointed in how the ICE and Water function of this model works. The ice maker is slow to make ice and slow to dispense ice. The water coming out of this model is slow. A fridge is a fridge, but the accessories or features of a fridge is what makes is stand out and sells it. I like the flex duo fridge, but probably would not have purchased it I had known about the Ice and Water functions, since that is what we use a lot of.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator is absolutely beautiful. The size is perfect -great counter depth. The features inside (shelves) adjust to give you more room for taller items. Love the fact that you can change one of the bottom sections to be either refrigeration or freezer.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable

Great design, very nice refrigerator.Very quiet and lots of room.For the price I think this refrigerator has great performance and well thought design.This is the best of the french and side by side by refrigerators.It is also very user friendly.

A good looking refrigerator functions well. I'm not a huge fan of the ice maker and way it eats up space inside. I like the way the handles are set in . Good useable space for a counter depth unit.

Would give it 5 stars all around but I find the finish scratches way too easy.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, very stylish
Cons: surface too delicate. scratches easily

I searched for quite some time before I found the refrigerator I wanted. Then I found out it was too big and would jut too far into the kitchen. I was thrilled when the salesman told me the one I wanted was available in "counter-depth". Wonderful. We currently use 3 of the four compartments as a refrigerator as we have a separate freezer in basement for meat and other large items. Keep ice cream and some veggies in kitchen freezer compartment and we love it!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
