Regret my purchase

This refrigerator looks good but the interior space is lacking. The back walls are not flat and every time I go to the grocery store, I have to rearrange to make items fit. The concept of a dual purpose bottom fridge/freezer is great unless you use it as a freezer. What to do with all the frozen food in there if you need more refrigerator space. The doors are not smooth closing doors so I hear the glass containers rattle every time I close the doors.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, lots of plastic
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we purchase the frig about a month ago and so far we are very happy with the performance and many of the features. there is one negative. the ice maker. it works fine for for my wife and myself but if you are expecting friends or family you may wont to set a some extra ice in the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge user design, but noisy!

Just installed the fridge a few days ago and generally impressed. Pros: highly flexible compartmentalization, with surprisingly deep freezer buckets for a counter depth fridge. Cons: Not available in white, easily shows fingerprints and has a surprisingly active/loud coolant system (lot of constant gurgling). The loud coolant system is why I dropped my rating to average overall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the Fridge

We got the 4 French Doors . There's lots of room and everything is very accessible.

Ice maker is terrible

Ice maker quite making ice after one year. Had service tech out twice now, both said they fixed it, still does not make ice. Waiting for third visit from repairman.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design but ice maker worthless

Awesome design and functionality but if you need an ice maker then don't purchase this. We love this fridge but the ice maker was questionable before the warranty expired and after worthless. Freezes up constantly. Many stories online about repair folks being unable to fix this issues. So for the price tag not worth it. #classactionlawsuit

Ice Maker poorly designed. Freezes up and you have to take it apart and defrost all including the ice-maker fan. Would never buy nor encourage anyone to by a Samsung refrigerator.
