[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago. This refrigerator is the best in terms of functionality (the flex ) never had problem with ice maker or leaks. The design os sleek and it fit or kitchen. Hope it lasted. But samsung has great customer service and offered replacement

Exactly the Features We Wanted and Great Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Refrigerator in May of 2019 and so far it has met all of our expectations. Since we already have a standalone Freezer we wanted to maximize our refrigeration space and this appliance works perfectly. Water on the door works great. Flexible shelving, and drawer space helps to keep everything organized. We are very happy with our purchase. It is also super quiet.

Great design but still room for improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough this refrigerator when remodel my kitchen, it look great and I receive a lot of comment. So far it run quietly, barely hear the compressor and fan run at night. Ice maker working with amount of ice produce as expect. The only complain is the lever at water/ice dispenser is already have a lot of surface scratch either cause by finger nails or ice cube drop. It is ONLY in use for 6 months! Samsung make this part of low grade plastic then coated to look like stainless steel, I suggest use better material to eliminate this problem.

It has been working fine since.
I like the refrigerator a lot.
If I could recommend improvements, I would say:
1- Increase the ice compartment
2- It needs to make ice faster.

the flex zone freezer does not freeze. the ice maker does not make ice. it is unbelievable how the ice gets stuck in the machine and jams. contact me for more information.
