[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'v ehad the fridge for almost a year now. It works flawlessly, love the temp adjustability, especially the flex-zone door. It can make this have the capacity of a regular fridge even in counter depth.

Beware the ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally, I like the refrigerator, however, when I try to use the ice maker, it does not work right. The ice, never comes out in cubes, and the ice chips fly out all over the place and fall over the floor. Every time I have to wipe up my wood floors with the small ice pieces.

I do like the drawers inside. It does help keep things organized. I would recommend this to someone who did not have a large family.

Great while it lasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tons of excellent features with an excellent aesthetic. While it was working, I loved it. But then the freezer compartment suddenly stopped working and getting the refrigerator serviced was a nightmare. I ultimately had to replace it and the representative I spoke to said that I was just unlucky and these refrigerators are usually very solid. The new one seems okay, but I'm still wary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ICE maker nightmare

the ice maker has a major design flaw. 180 days in the unit froze & the ice stopped. through user forums i found the solution. search “forced defrost”=fd. now it freezes up monthly & leaks slowly.
