Freeze issues. Everything went out after 5 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went out after 5 years . Freezer had issues off and on but the whole unit went out out after approx 5 years of use. Space was ok but could have done better for counter depth. The water dispenser prob took away the extra fridge space. Not keen on getting the newer display model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

8 repairs in 7 yrs. Not buying Samsung anymore!!!!

7 years owned 8 repairs under my home warranty. Finally this time they are replacing it. Its been a veritable disaster. I am not purchasing Samsung products anymore. I also have a washer and dryer, then once they die, I'll be replacing with stuff recommended in Consumer Reports. It's been ridiculous. 5 times I've lost my food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am loving my new Samsung 4 door flex refrigerator. I really like the separate freezer compartments, the drawers keep everything really organized and it doesn't look cluttered. I also like that I can open my full freezer and not have something fall out on me. The look of this fridge is very modern and sleek. The water comes out fast from the dispenser, so you can quickly fill your cup(which is great for me because I drink a LOT of water). I also really love the programmable panel on the front. This fridge has lots of room and gets my two thumbs up!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

The design is very different and looks great in my kitchen, especially being so stylish and counter depth. I love the french doors top and bottom. The option of freezer/refrigerator on the bottom right side is what really sold me on the product. lls - AZ
Pros: Bright display, quality and price
Cons: no deli drawer in the top of refrigerator

Needed to stay with counter depth. This concept offered good space options. Have read reviews complaining about water dripping. Followed set up instructions and this was not a problem. Unit does make gurgling sounds, but they are not constant and not loud. Black stainless is as advertised.
It does not show finger prints or smudges. Freezer access is easier than a drawer would be and easier to organize.

Pros: Beautiful-the most stunning appearance that I've come across. Pictures doesn't do it justice. ; Convertible fridge/freezer section so useful; Crisper keeps produce fresh longer.; Adjustable shelf levels.; 1 slide-in and 1 flip up (1/2) shelves accommodate tall items; Energy Efficient; Well lit with glass shelves so you have good visibility of items; Gallon storage door bin; Counter Depth; So far, not getting any freezer burn on foods.; Filters water
Cons: Quiet constant humming sound; Top left door non-adjustable storage bin area limited due to it's super narrow size; Have to take off door bins in order to take out and clean crisper drawers; Crushed ice not totally crushed; Still shows fingerprints but not as badly as a reg. stainless steel appliance; The silver part to open the fridge door not quite aligned even though the top of the doors were level; Without door handles, it's a little awkward opening the fridge doors unless you use left hand to open right door and vice versa. Or unless you point your thumbs down while opening both doors.; Wish crispers were bigger and not slanted in the back so that it had more storage space.; Would have liked it better if the crisper drawers could be pulled out further and the top right door storage bins had more than 1 adjustable level.

Pros: Bright display, prettiest black stainless steel, convertible fridge/freezer area, slide-up and slide -in shelf, drawers in bottom half of the fridge
Cons: ice maker does a poor job of making crushed ice, expensive, short warranty, small crispers, not totally finger proofed
