this refrigerator has the absolutely worst ice maker ever! it constant jams and it's placement and size makes clearing the jam and cleaning it out extremely difficult.

ice maker drips and drain tube keeps freezing over causing flooding at the bottom of the fridge, freezer and floor. i called a repair man who can't do anything to stop the freezing over in this model.

a nice fridge...for 18 months. ice maker started freezing up every few days, requiring a tedious and painful process to get it working again. repaired nov 2018 - issue returned. waste of $thousands.

We appreciate you leaving this feedback. I would recommend checking the seal around the fridge door to make sure air is not constantly getting in to the unit. You can do this by putting your hand on the seal outside the door and run your hand around the door. If no air is making its way through and you are still experiencing this concern.
