[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the flexibility of this fridge. Samsung needs to update the ice maker in this model as it is faulty. But overall I love this fridge. The handle don’t stick out so it’s perfect for the space we have it in.

Great flexibility but falls short in execution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the model for about 4 years now and while the refrigerator portion works well, we have had problem with changing the filter and the ice maker. The ice maker freezes up every few days and will not work. Short fix is chiseling ice out of it, longer fix is pulling the ice make our, melting all of the ice build up and reinstalling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker has had at least 10 service calls to replace circulation blower motors, ice tray, main circuit board and ice cube making unit. Ice Cube tray when filling with waterover flows and runs into the top of the circulation blower then into the ice cube tray freezing the augur and cracking the tray.

Best fridge EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the fridge and the freezer did not work. After 3 months of going back and forth with Samsung they finally replaced it. Worked great for the first year and then the ice maker started to freeze up. My son and one of his friends also bought the same model and are having the same issue with the ice maker. Let's see if they can fix this.

Great refrigerator but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2015 and have had constant problems with the icemaker freezing up. It was worked on once under warranty and a completely new icemaker installed at my expense 6 months later. I have to scrape the frost/ice off every couple of weeks or ice cubes will jam up and the whole thing freezes up. Other than that, I love it.
