Beautiful, yet very functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge to replace a 21 year old fridge that remained with the house when we moved in. We've owned it for over 3 years at this point, and have been happy with every feature. First of all, having two separate freezers (well, one is the FlexZone area) has been a major convenience. We have drawers and shelves for frozen meats, nuts, vegetables, and fruits.
The ice maker and water dispenser have been favorite features of ours. We have an in-home filtering system, so we don't use any of the filters inside the fridge.
Easy to clean, and easy to maintain. Not a big fingerprint shower, either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Refrigerator with configurable section

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has ample space, is easy to operate and the best part is the bottom right section, which can be configured to a chill, soft freeze or freeze .. so u can customize it based on your need, instead of having a one big freezer in the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 years ago and I like the flexibility of the fourth compartment being either a freezer or a refrigerator it has other problems. First it is extra tall and we had to have our cabinet shortened so the refrigerator would fit properly underneath with it. In addition the freezer unit that makes ice cubes is located in a refrigerator section of the refrigerator. About every 2-3 months the ice in it melts enough from the opening and closing of the refrigerator so that it freezes over and can not eject the ice cubes. Then all the ice cubes have to be chiselled out with something and he uses a hair dryer to melt the ice that has accumulated under the ice cubes. I would say it just is a very poor place to put an ice maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I completely understand your concern. Thanks for leaving your feedback concerning the ice maker freezing up. There could be a couple of different ways to handle this dilemma. Make sure you have the recommended temperature for the fridge, which is 38 degrees. Nex you can try resetting the ice maker. God features, versatile

We bought this 2 years ago. It’s a versatile fridge. The flexible configuration allows us to add another freezer or refrigeration.
Recently we have an issue with cooling and Samsung has still not repaired it. The sealed compressor was the problem
For 3-4 weeks we have not had a working fridge.

Awesome refrigerator!!

I purchased this refrigerator a month ago and I love it. The four door feature allows you to really customize food storage. I love the fact that i can change the freezer section to be a refrigerated area if i choose to. That will be a great feature for parties or family gatherings.

this is the worst fridge i've ever used. the ice machine freezes over constantly. i was run through the hoops with samsung support and they finally suggested to simply have a technician visit. . . in the middle of a global pandemic. . . because they don't know how to design an ice machine.
