Great Refrigerator

Just own the refrigerator for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with it. Even though it is counter deep model it is very spacious. Much bigger than our previous side by side. The Flex zone compartment is a great feature as well as the LED lightning,
Water dispenser and Icemaker so far worked great, Refrigerator is also very quieted and integrates well into our new kitchen,

We love this fridge! The flexablity of making the lower right section extra refrigerator space is wonderful! We also love tall glass dispenser, and and the different ice and water dispensers without having to press a button to switch between the two. The black stainless is gorgeous, no complaints with this beauty!

We recently replaced our 26 yr old refrigerator with this new Samsung 4 door flex refrigerator and could not happier. The reason we purchased this product was the ability to use the lower right door as a refrigerator and a freezer.

We have had this unit since remodeling our kitchen last year. I love the features, especially the flex zone. The two best features are the accessibility of the side-by-side freezer compartments with multiple drawers. I hated the French door options on other units, because I didn't want to have to dig around in one large bottom drawer, with frozen food stacked 3 feet deep. This design allows for easy access to all frozen foods. The one thing I would have liked is at least one more drawer in the top section to store things like sandwich meats/cheeses. There are currently only two, one for fruits and one for veggies. While I was aware a counter depth would not have the storage capacity we were used to, we still miss our larger capacity unit sometimes. The last small issue is the angle of the water dispenser on the outside of the door. The spray is angled backwards, making it difficult to use without spraying water all over the door and the floor. We are still not used to it, even after daily use these past few months. But we would certainly purchase this one again.
Pros: Durable, 4 doors side by side, counter depth, water/ice dispenser on outside
Cons: water dispenser difficult to use, not enough inside storage drawers

Looks good, has great features but need to be sure there is room on each side of refrigerator to open doors all the way. Although this is a counter deep refrigerator in order to open the doors without hitting the cabinet or wall on the side it needs to extend out beyond the interference ( in our case a wall on the left side of the refrigerator).
Cons: door opening

Bought a new Samsung 4-door flex counter-depth black-stainless-steel refrigerator from BestBuy in Jan 2016. Have owned it for over a month now. Pretty happy with it. Looks great and works good too.
