Ice maker goes quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator except that my ice machine had issues once my warranty expired. I bought it new when not too many reviews were available, now as I read the reviews, I see many with the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features except problemed ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything except the ice maker ...problem after problem freezing up and no ice, just last week we had our 2nd complete unit replaced with a upgraded unit to solve the problem. Every friend I know that has a french door refrigerator from Samsung has this problem. How did you let this go on for so long and ruin the opinion of your product?

Only one problem

bought this refrigerator 3 years ago. love the flexibility of the lower right unit.
only problem is the icemaker keeps freezing over. the unit is supposed to defrost itself but does not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this 4 door design over the pull down drawer as you don’t have to bend down every time into the lower drawers and can rather just open the door and squat / sit down to work inside it. This is a very beautifully designed refrigerator with nice cool white interior lights. I am not a big fan of the screen on the fridge as it doesn’t serve any real purpose. Mostly decorative taking important space. Pay for what you want.

Great Design Best Refrigerator I Have Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was perfect until the ice maker broke. Ice makers seem to be a problem for all manufactures. I have owned 8 new refrigerators over the pass 40 years with ice makers. 6 of the ice makers have broke all for the same reason; the heater to remove frost brakes and the ice maker stop working. I am a Thermodynamic Engineer and know placing an ice maker outside the freezer is a problem.

Flexible freezer refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the flexibility of choosing extra freezer space or refrigerator space. Wheels went bad within a year making it extremely difficult to move forward to clean behind it. Also, the water filter should be set up to choose between water usage setting or time (6 months), setting. We do not use the ice or water feature as much as others might. Also it is on a reverse osmosis and filtering system before the water gets into the refrigerator mechanism, creating the need to change the filter less often than other pepole might.
