Nicely organized, some improvments

this refrigerator looks very nice and we like how it is organized with minimal freezer area, although the center section where you open it is the only area not fingerprint resistant and gets messy. the ice maker is still working, but i don't hold out great hope it will continue based on others reviews. hopefully, it will last awhile. otherwise very happy with purchase.

Love this Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has four doors with the freezer on the bottom. There are drawers in the freezer so it is easy to keep everything organized. The top two doors are the fridge and the door holds a lot of things including milk. The only issue we have had is that the ice maker is in the fridge portion and sometimes it will drip. But overall we love it. This is my second samsung of this style. We had to leave our first one behind when we sold our house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

- Counter depth
- The French door access to the main refrigerator when needed or 1 door access when that is sufficient
- The flex compartment is fantastic; providing extra refrigerator space if needed or the use as freezer space
- Also the adjustable shelves and door compartments
Plus the sleek front panel and recessed door opening handles; gives a very classy appearance.
- Oh, did I say I am extremely pleased with this purchase? !!!!

Would love if not rusting

ICE MAKER is Worthless junk

love refrigerator - hate ice maker
i was so excited and pleased with my refrigerator for over a year. purchased june 2019. started having trouble with the ice maker late august 2020 and it is only getting worse. water is dripping from the ice maker and doesn't produce more than a full glass of ice a day. now i can't even remove the ice bucket because of the ice build up inside and i cont. to clean the mold off of the gasket on the door that seals the ice maker. lesson learned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the refrigerator, except Ice maker issue

love this, but ice maker has a defect....they wouldn't stand by it and now they are because of a class action law suit...the fixed in early october, but 1 month later the same issue..frozen ice cubes in back blocks ice maker...another call to them today.

Bad icemaker

like others, we have had trouble with the icemaker from early on. it's not well insulated in the refrigerator and it slowly accumulates heavy frost build up until it freezes the ice dispenser from dropping it's ice cubes into the compartment below. in order to remedy this you have to take the icemaker apart and remove large ice chunks manually with ice pics, towels, and eventually even a hairdryer. previous samsung models had a manual defrost code that could be triggered occasionally to keep this from happening but with this model it is supposed to be automatic. the problem is that it doesn't appear to operate correctly and since there is no way to trigger the defrost manually it just builds up until the whole machine is frozen shut.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
