Ice maker is terrible, it has been replaced once already and my family was so tired of it freezing up we just stopped using it. Terrible refrigerator, don't buy.

Same review as everyone else... The ice maker is awful. It constantly builds up and requires dethawing and maintenance.

Ice maker sucks

Ice maker takes away from the refrigerator being one of the best on the market I am a Samsung guy all my appliances in my home are Samsung down to the 7tvs in my home!! So disappointing that we haven’t been able to make ice for years I’ve had this problem fixed twice and still doesn’t work!!! Samsung thank you so much for the headache!

Great except for the ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge when we moved into our new house 3 years ago. For the most part, we’ve enjoyed it, but the ice maker only seems to last for a year and a half. If they could fix the ice maker, it would be perfect.

Quality control has failed!

Purchased this fridge in 2016. It is the worst fridge on the market. It leaks, and we often use towels on the floor to stop the run of water on the floor. A real safety hazard. The ice maker stopped working after 1 year. We bought a freezer to hold our ice. We have a great home but embarrassingly enough we have a cheap product pertending to be a refrigerator. The whole ordeal is awful. Therefore, we're buying an LG model. Consumer Reports ranks Samsung at the bottom. Along with a sick mother to care for this fridge and my Samsung washer added more stress to our lives. No support, no apologies, no solutions, make me stressed and sick. More over, I will not recommend to anyone, I will not buy this product line in the future and I will share my experiences with any and everyone.
