This product has great features.

This product has great features. Many different storage options and one unique feature is the refrigerator/freezer unit option of either increasing your refrigerator or freezer area with the touch of a couple of buttons. Cooled down very quickly in both the refrigerator and freezer sections upon installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheap plastic parts that fall apart

Within a couple of weeks the Ice dispenser door broke. Now the water and ice paddles are broken because the plastic lever assembly broke after a year and a month. I've pulled it apart myself and these parts are extremely weak and looked to be designed to break. I had my last refer for 15 years without a frailer and now this one twice in a little over a year.
Beyond that the fan has a little tweet in it.
The Ice maker holds very little ice.
Pros it seems to hold the correct temperature very well

This Refrigerator is Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Counter Depth 4-door Flex (model RF23) is outstanding. The counter depth model fits perfectly within the space of our base cabinets. The right side of our refrigerator is against a wall, but full access is achieved - even the drawer opens to its maximum length. Having the French door option for both the refrigerator and freezer allows for easy access to all food products.
Pros: easy access to all items.

This is by far the coolest (pun intended) fridge we have ever owned. The flexibility of making the lower two doors into either an additional fridge mode or super chill, but not freezing. We've got ours setup up as the upper two as fridge mode, lower right as super chill for beer and drinks, and then lower left is a freezer. We're anticipating a large group for thanksgiving and having the flexibility to be able to accommodate our needs is huge.
Pros: Durable, flexibility

We purchased our Samsung French Door refrigerator in August of 2016 and have experienced ongoing problems with the icemaker and the inner rail of the crisper drawer has plastic wheels and one has already broken off! We purchased the extended warranty & beware, this part is not covered, if you read the fine print of your manual, the crisper drawer has a limited weight it carries.
Right now we are still (after a month) waiting for our icemaker to be repaired and understand from the repair company that Samsung refrigerators have been having issues w/their icemakers. A friend who also has a Samsung refrigerator said she had issues w/hers.
This is not an inexpensive refrigerator so have to say, we are disappointed. &:0(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best frig ever!

We put this frig in our new kitchen remodel. It is awesome. It is spacious, easy to open doors one at a time or both and so attractive in the kitchen. We love the ice and water dispenser, the double door freezer and the ability to have the bottom right section as a frig or freezer. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Just purchased this product and am very satisfied! Love the refrigerator option in the bottom right as we don't use much frozen foods, we use this as our beverage center. We love Samsung products and are not disappointed.
