Just received today. It seems to be much roomier than my previous fridge which was the
same size. Really like the deli drawer across the whole fridge as it makes it easier to
find the cold cuts as they are not piled high.

Quiet and Bright

So far I really like my refrigerator. I cannot give it an excellent because it does have some space issues to be a 28. There is also not a butter compartment so I am having to readjust my thinking. Also, the door that has the built in ice maker has a very small storage bin that will not hold anything but something small and narrow. That being said, it is a very quiet fridge and appears to be well insulated. It is also very bright..no hunting for an item it should be very easy to see. I also love the light in the bins. It also has the temps on the door so you always know the temperature. Important for me that has had two other fridges to die in the last 12 years(not a Samsung brand though). The freezer is big and roomy and is also well lit. I think once I get over the small issues listed above, I will really enjoy it. Consumer report did give it a good rating by the way which was also important to me.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

Keeps stuff cold

Performance of cooling and space is fantastic. I don't like that you can't reach in for a handful of ice cubes; you must use the dispenser which takes a bit of time or remove the entire ice bin . Reaching things in the rear of the freezer drawer is difficult because the drawer does not slide out far enough. The most frequently used part of the freezer is the sliding shelf near the top & it slides all the way to the back every time the drawer closes. So getting the most frequently used items means pulling the drawer fully open, pulling the sliding bin fully to the front, then fully closing both as they don't close with just a push & release. With our old one you just opened the door, grabbed it and let the door go: done deal. The shelving inside is excellent, especially the slide-back one and the flip up one allowing for tall items. I like being able to adjust the temperature by desires instead of just "more cold" or "less cold."
Pros: Bright display
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

storage drinks on side door could be better

Instead place the bottle drinks on top on the glass shelf, I wish the side shelf design allows me place more bottle waters on the side door---- it helps for the easy access to them.
Pros: Bright display, open space able to see where things are
Cons: Did not meet expectations, side door needs more storage space

Having just received it this week, the jury is out on just how much I live it so far. I do love the freezer being on the bottom for sure. I also really like the large water/ice dispenser.

Love the lighting, sliding shelf for more space for tall items and general layout. One negative is the doors do not open wide enough. Be careful not to catch fingers in wide sliding tray. Bottom line is we are happy with it.

Cons: doors don't swing open far enough
