Lots of space

Easy to keep clean on the outside. Love the interior. Bright and roomy. Shelves are movable to accommodate large platters and bowls.
Only con so far is the ice maker does not produce much ice. Takes time. When having parties or crowds it does not keep up with the demands. Plan to have extra ice bought.

The ice maker is inside the refrigerator, so the ice does not freeze enough to keep them separated.
they kind of melt and freeze together. when trying to get ice from the dispenser, they come out half crushed. Technician called Sony and they said that's the way they are. Ice cubes look like they are made of snow. Need to put ice cube into bowl so you can sort through the crushed ice.

We have had French door refrigerators before, although not the lower freezer aspect. Now after 6 months we have gotten very use to this. The spaciousness of the refrigerator is very nice. Our ONLY complaint is that the NOISYNESS of the compressor is concerning. Other reviews mentioned this, and some speck of the severity of the noise. Ours seem to be not what I would call severe, but annoying. I read another review that said "I'm just worried what it will sound like in 5 to 10 years".
These are also my thoughts.
I am an older consumer, that is frustrated with all manufacturers producing these higher priced appliances, that on average MAY LAST 10 years. I remember when most appliances could last 20-30. In my opinion there as been a high level of collusion.

Great but one issue

Seems to be very nice.. First day installed.. Water seems to continue to drip from the water outlet after use.. Also been plugged in for about 8 hours and ice has not been made yet

Love my refrigerator

I've only had this fridg for a few days but so far so good. Lots of room. Lots of lighting. Freezer even has a light.
One thing I do not like is the finish. Bought stainless steel and it does not show fingerprints all that much but is very difficult to clean. Finish is smeary and no amount of rubbing helps. Stainless steel cleaner also doesn't work as in previous fridg. Still figuring out what to do.
Very negative with installation. Were excellent up until the time they saw hookup. Said we would have to call a plumber as they didn't have time to hook it up.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: smeary finish

I recently purchased a Samsung cool pantry refrigerator and couldn't be happier! It looks great, has excellent features , runs quite and is built to last. All I can say is this refrigerator is SEXY!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, excellent design
