I would spend the extra money for the long deli drawer to be on the outside. Otherwise, it is a perfect refrigerator.

Over the years I have owned many refrigerators. As my old one began to show signs of a needed retirement after eleven years, I began shopping around. After looking in multiple locations I narrowed the search to two Samsung models the 24 and 28 ft French Door models. I elected to go with the 28 ft model because of it's construction; with extra lighting, the lower freezer drawers set up and an upgraded cool select pantry drawer. I particularly like the guide in the pantry drawer and recommend adding a second one like I did. I am looking forward to many more years of Samsung performance.
Pros: well built
Cons: include second pantry guide

We purchased this fridge in the black stainless and it is gorgeous!! I keep looking at it just because it is so good looking....lol Love the features it has, Nice lighting and lots of room. Some of the reviews I've seen complain that the fridge is noisy. It is very quiet in my opinion. Love where they put the water filter. Very easy to get to.If there is one thing I don't care about is the doors don't open as wide as I would like, but it's a minor detail. I totally recommend this fridge! If you haven't seen the black stainless, check it out!!! It is sexy!!

The refrigerator was delivered just this afternoon. Within a couple of hours it was running at the proper temperature and making ice. The design and ease of opening and closing the drawers was a definite plus in our decision to buy this product. We looked at many different types of refrigerators before settling on a French Door style to replace our old 24.5ce. ft. side by side. I was looking at one model that had the separate deli drawer, but the quality was nowhere near the quality on this model. The lighting is outstanding! And having the water filter right up front is a definite plus! No more going down the basement to replace the in line water filter. The pull out freezer drawer is another plus. In our old refrigerator it was always such a hassle finding what we wanted as everything was stacked upon another and crammed in the shelves. And I love the shelve that can be slid back out of the way for larger items! And the bins on the door are much more than I expected! Of course this unit takes up a bit more room in our kitchen than the old one. But I am more than willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of having so much more storage space in the refrigerator. My only slight concern is the durability of the deli drawer. I would have liked it to be more sturdy. But that can be worked with, as just not to put any of the heavier items in it.

It's a GREAT Refridgerator!!

We were looking for a new fridge to replace a very old fridge in our basement The salesperson showed us the Samsung fridges and we decided to replace our main fridge and move that fridge to the basement! We've never had a fridge where you could actually see the majority of your food without moving things around. The push back shelf has been so handy, the lighting is awesome, the freezer with the top drawer is spacious and easy to find things. I could go on and on, but we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Pros: excellent lighting in the fridge and freezer, shelves and space allow you to see your food
