Great refridgerator

Have only had this refrigerator for a short time but we are glad we bought it.
Exterior - First off, we were able to purchase in white. The opening for water and ice is quite large and able to handle taller pitchers. The exterior digital control panel is easy to read and use.
Interior - This is our first French door refrigerator. Compared to our old side by side this feels huge when both doors are open. It makes it so much easier to find what we want. The bright lighting is also great. At this point we only have 2 minor complaints. First is trying to fit wine bottles, gallon milk jugs or taller bottles on the shelves. Milk jugs do fit in the lower door bin. Granted there is one shelf that flips up and another that slides back under another shelf to accommodate taller bottles, but then you lose shelf space to fit 1 tall bottle. The door bins have the same problem. If you raise one bin to fit a taller bottle you then limit what can fit in the upper bins. We still like this refrigerator and started buying smaller size containers. The second minor complaint is that the doors do not shut by themselves. You must manually shut the doors all the way otherwise they stay open 1 or 2 inches. This is a minor issue since we have already gotten used to this.
Many reviews we read before purchasing this refrigerator mentioned how noisy it was. We can hardly hear any noise from it except when the ice maker dumps finished ice cubes into the bin.
At this point, after only owning it for a short time, we thinks it's great and would recommend it to others.

The unique ways you are able to move the shelves is very handy. Easy to clean and I love the extra large drawer at the bottom of the fridge section. I like the Ice maker feature I just wish it crushed a bit faster. It does produce a lot of ice to hold if needed. I do wish the freezer top drawer pulled out a bit more. It is a bit tricky to store anything but small items. I like the lock feature and temperature changer on the fridge as well. Overall I really love this product.

My husband and I bought this the other day and it works great! As soon as we got it plugged in, it started to quickly cool itself. It was only 3 hours before it got to its target temperature! There is tons of room for everything and then some! It is an amazing fridge!

Overall love this refrigerator. We've had it about 5 weeks now Our only issue is we run out of ice faster than with my old May tag. Here the comparison stops. Wait time for new ice takes some time. To Samsungs credit we have been using the dispenser a little more often than the norm for ice packs on achey joints, but we've only been able to average 3 ice packs at the most and maybe 3 cups of ice for drinking in a 3 hour period before the ice pretty much "dries up".
Otherwise great unit !
