Love the depth of shelves and the deli parts and the ready ice and water in the door.

The product was a part of our kitchen remodel and we love it! The convenience of the bottom freezer and the ice and water in the door is awesome! We are still learning about all the features but so far, we have only had to get the instruction book out twice!

We purchased the newer black stainless finish. It is gorgeous. We also love the interior of the refrigerator. The serving drawer is handy. Make up trays of food ahead of time and store them in the drawer. The bottom freezer works out great for us. So far, we are enjoying this refrigerator very much!

Overall this is a nice product but the shelving on one of the doors is not useful because they are very small shelves. The outside of the fridge is very hard to keep clean and shows smears, scratches, and all blemishes.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator

We've had this refrigerator 7 months without any major problems. It keeps things very cold especially in the freezer, much better than our old refrigerator of a different make. We like having the double doors on the front. It holds a lot of food and the door shelves hold all the condiments. We chose this one to get the bigger ice maker and some of the other brands had a very small ice maker. We have Samsung phones and tablets and decided to try their refrigerator. We weren't disappointed. I have only one small complaint which I'll be talking to Samsung about and that the fact that the writing above the one vegetable drawer has worn off already. Not a big thing but annoying as far as the aesthetics of the refrigerator go. Also we like the black stainless because it doesn't show dirt or prints so it was worth the extra $100 we paid for it.

Great, with a few minor issues

We love this fridge. However, can't utilize all shelf options because the ice maker is in the way and the doors don't open wide enough to easily get the drawers all the way out.
Love how much ice this makes and freezer drawer is LARGE! Samsung did a great job utilizing the space and we love the way they did the shelves in the doors.
Overall, we are very pleased with this product.

Great refrigerator with appealing features

My wife and I really like our new Samsung refrigerator. The look is very high-end, and the features are great. The interior layout creates a very spacious storage area, and no space is wasted. Very nice and bright LED lighting, easy access to the water filter, and easy to navigate door controls for water, ice, temperature, and lights. We felt the price was very fair compared to other brands and similar refrigerators. Our purchase decision was based on features, price and value, and satisfaction with previous Samsung electronics.
