Extremely pleased with this product

We have had this refrigerator over a month. This refrigerator has more capacity than my old side by side while fitting in the same area. With the French doors and roll out freezer, storing larger items is possible. In the old side by side some larger items just would not fit. The ice maker has been efficient and quiet. Over all there is no excessive noise from the unit. The lighting is very nice. While refrigerators certainly seem to increase in price every ten to fifteen years when replacement is required, they do seem to include improved features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value and space

I wasn't sure if I should purchase this model or the one with additional drawer and features. I'm glad I picked this one. My previous fridge was a side by side. This fridge has tons of space. the shelves are deep and adjustable, so perfect for storing larger dishes. The shelves on the left door are small due to the ice maker/water dispenser, but fit jams, smaller jars. I was unsure how comfortable it would be to have the freezer so low - and without lots of shelves. It's actually better. The shelves are deep and holds the veggies, meats, etc while the tray holds all the everyday items my kids eat.
Pros: Realistic color, Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is yet another great product put out by Samsung. The test design to collapse or slide under is a great idea and adds more useable space. That lighting is also well designed in the sense that youy can search anywhere in the fridge and see up, down, behind and above.
My only beef with the design is the door storage. The right door is fine but the left door cab use some more R&D... there is storage but I'm finding that it's minimal to utilize. Maybe small condiments...I don't know.
The freezer is nice too. I have to get used to bending down to get frozen foods; I've had side - by - side my entire life... but it's certainly NOTa con. Adequate space.

This is a great refrigerator

We have had this fridge for a few weeks and have loved it. We have so much more room in the fridge compared to our other side by side. The freezer drawer is great also with so much room. So far we do not have any complaints.

water /ice dispenser and shelving

I don't like how the the water function goes automatically back to ice function, should be able to prioritize ,there is wasted shelve space on the bottoms of each door not huge but could have been for little things

This product has been disappointing.

Getting food in and out of the top drawer in bottom freezer is challenging and limited by design. I often have to open the fridge doors to access those items. Also the ice maker is very slow and very loud. It has been giving us trouble with build up of frozen solid water which keeps it from making ice and also has been making mold issues.
Pros: less expensive than competitors for similar featur
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the refrigerator , only thing I would change is vertical space. There's not always room to stand everything up. But love the extra's and space provided overall.
