[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased in nov 14. may 19 - fan stopped cooling fridge, found a fix. ok till aug 4th - same issue. 23 days later same thing. tired of fixing the cooling system/fan. i was home & didn't loose food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

**If the ice bucket can't be easily removed, it's more than likely frozen. If this happens, do not use force to remove it, or use anything such as a hairdryer to defrost it.

love this beautifully designed refrigerator by samsung but i do not like the design of the ice maker. it continuously freezes over with no ice production for days.

Bad Ice Maker and now not cooling

this unit is less than 5 years old. we gave up on the ice maker 2 years ago because of the leaks and freeze ups.
last weekend the fan was making all kinds of racket and now it won't cool.

ncie looking but it does not defrost properly and there is ice buildup that hits a fan. very loud and samsung says i need to pay to fix the known issue.

after 3-4 years, fan broke one month out of warranty, temp not displaying actual temp in fridge, lost all food, ice maker always had issues from the start. very disappointed with this product.

as with everyone else my ice maker has started to leak and have ice build up.. you would think that samsung knowing it has a problem would recall and fix it!!!
